“Hi Dale, Thanks for a wonderful week in Reno, it was great to get back
there and see you. Please thank the Wheelmen for the accommodations, Nate
and Patagonia for the facilities, Colleen and everyone else who was so
positive. I really enjoyed the ride with you in Hidden Valley, that place
has the best potential for trails and preserving open space that I have
seen yet! When you are ready for some big help, contact Dan or the new
advocacy director at IMBA and I will really push for you. When you and
Wayne get time for your field trip to Boulder City, call Brent Thomson,
tell him you rode with me and how you want to see his contour trails as a
model for Hidden Valley. I went for a little ride yesterday, high above
the Tom Cook trail and nearly ran over a very healthy rattlesnake, man I
love riding in Nevada”.
