You have got to be kidding! Please bring back the previous site. It is heads and shoulders above this new one. Much more intuitive and lively. This one is way too industrial and boring. YIKES!!
We are new to the “Wheelmen” and the sport of racing. For us “newbies” out there, it would be helpful to have a full explanation of the 2010 Race Series and the race categories. The site seems to be focused toward those already “in-the-know”. For example, What’s the Nevada Cup? What’s the “Hill Climb Time Trial”?, What’s Sierra Youth Cycling League? What determines JV vs. Varsity? I assume this is a road cycle series? Nice to have all of these events, but unsure where to start. An orientation would be helpful.
The Nevada Cup is a USA Cycling Mountain Bike XC series which determines the Nevada State Champions. The Hill Climb Time Trial is a USA Cycling Road series with each race being an individual hill climb time trial. The Sierra Youth Cycling League is a Reno Wheelmen sponsored mountain bike series for high school and middle school kids, JV and Varsity is determined by the racer’s ability.
