Bret Sarnquist from Muscle Powered is putting on a bike gear swap next month. As their primary fund-raising event during Bike Month, the Gear Swap supports their mission of safe transportation and recreation for cyclists and walkers in Carson City. If you would like to donate items, shop, and/or support this organization here are the details:
"Please join Muscle Powered for our second annual Gear Swap on May 7th! Our big Bike Month fundraiser, the Gear Swap will be held in the lot next to the Brewery Arts Center from 10:30am to 2:30pm, overlapping nicely with the Carson City Wine Walk if you’re into that kind of thing. Register ahead for a booth space to sell your bikes, parts, or outdoor gear; donate items to Muscle Powered for us to sell; or just come and shop for great deals in time for the summer. The address is 501 W King St in Carson City.
100% of proceeds support Muscle Powered, a non-profit focused on making our area more cyclist and walker friendly for both recreation, commuting to work/school, and transportation. Questions?
