Sunday, June 11, 2017 – Loyalton, CA

Hosted by the Reno Wheelmen and held under USA Cycling event permit.
We have some great changes in store for the 2016 edition of the NCNCA District TT:

  • NEW course – we’ll be using the 2015 USAC Elite National Championships course, starting just north of Loyalton Park. This change helps us to increase rider safety.  We’re also able to offer better amenities than in past years and we have proximity to a larger town. Start and finish on Beckwith Road (A24) at Loyalton Elementary School. Flat, surveyed, out and back course. Elevation 4,900 ft.

  • Improved parking – parking will be at Loyalton Park on Beckwith Road, just north of the Elementary School in Loyalton, CA 96118.
  • Easier trainer set-up – riders will have more access to flat ground for setting up their trainers for warm-up.
  • Family-friendly event – Families are encouraged to use the park’s facilities, including tennis and basketball courts, skateboard park, picnic area, and shade structures.  The park is also close to the race start.  After the race, you can visit Frenchman Lake for a swim, ride the scenic Sierra Valley, or hike in the surrounding mountains.
