BRRRRR!  28 riders braved the cold and the wind to do a quick race tonight.  I’ll post a few photos on our facebook page- ”Reno Mountain Bike Twilight Races”. The rain/snow held off until I was out picking up the course markings.  A 2.6 mile lap with a “wall” climb and swoopy singletrack descent.  Xterra World Champion Conrad Stoltz flatted on the second lap giving Scott Leland the win and enough points to move into the series lead over Monte Boyle. We are now halfway through the series, the current series placings will be posted shortly on the RW website.

Next week’s Twilight Race will be on Wednesday night (6/2), same time, same location.

The raffle tonight was sponsored by High Sierra Cycling and Fitness, http://highsierracycling.com.  Please support our sponsors and stop by their new location on Steamboat Parkway next to Lamppost Pizza.
